The Professional Faculty Leadership Association welcomes anyone who works at the university, while providing a very special focus and forum for leadership growth. PFLA members are proud of the work they perform throughout the university community and are always striving to be the best leaders, managers and colleagues possible.
Beginning July 1st, 2023 our membership fees will be reinstated.This will be for the period of July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024.

Active Membership ($30/year): All professional faculty and academic faculty at OSU may join as an active member of PFLA. These members are eligible to vote, hold elective office, serve on the Executive Board and participate in all activities.
Associate Membership ($30/year): Former active members no longer employed by OSU, current academic and classified staff, OSU students and associated federal employees may join as an associate member of PFLA. These members are entitled to participate in all activities.
*If you consider yourself part of the OSU community, then you are welcome to join PFLA as a member or associate member.
Members attend all PFLA sponsored presentations, campus tours, lunch & learn workshops and leadership series sessions at no cost.
